  • 3. Appraisals, Market Analysis, Financing and Calculations: Explanation of the appraisal process, including methods for comparative analysis and statistics. Overview of real estate financing concepts, rules, terminology and qualifying, plus payment components and calculations, proration for taxes, fees and more.
  • 4. Real Estate Contracts, Title Transfers, Leasing and Property Management: Basic contract law, listing and purchase agreements, contingencies, earnest money, multiple offers, negotiation, title insurance, deeds, closing statements and procedures and much more.
  • 5. Case Studies and Situational Examples: Review and practice using real-world situations involving buyer and seller representation. Includes writing purchase offers and conducting negotiations, use of disclosures, creating a market analysis, estimating net sales proceeds and estimating closing costs.
