The missed hours must be made up. Email instructor before you sign up and we can see if there is a class you can jump in to make up the hours.
For in-person classes, please bring a note pad, pen or pencil and a highlighter marker. For online classes, you will need a reliable broadband Internet connection and a laptop, or tablet, or smartphone. Online classes will be conducted through Zoom. Zoom works with any operating system whether PC, Mac, iOS or Android. You will be given log-in instructions after registration and before your first class begins
These classes are geared toward your Illinois Real Estate License. If you want to be licensed in MO as well you will need to take those required classes.
We do hold classes at all times. The date and time should be posted in the class details.

Once you pass the IL state exam, you may apply for a licensed sales agent position with any IL real estate brokerage. As an option, your real biens education may help you obtain employment in real estate administration and marketing services. A real estate education is also valuable for property investors and property managers.
