Course Description: 45 Hour Post License Course

These courses are for licensed brokers in their FIRST renewal cycle who were issued a license number on or after November 1, 2021. You must have been issued your license prior to taking the exams for these courses and will not receive credit if operating on a 45-day permit. Final exam details will be provided during the VIRTUAL class. All 45-hour post-license course exams for VIRTUAL classes will be done online through Illinois REALTORS®. The courses that make up the 45 hour post licensing program are: 15-Hour Risk Management Discipline (513001857); 15-Hour Applied Brokerage Principles (513001898) and 15-Hour Transactional Issues (513001895).
